04 Deposits and Payments

Krekya accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for players in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your Krekya account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• The minimum deposit amount on Krekya is ৳100 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are final once the round is closed.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment methods to deposit funds.
• Attempting to launder money or use Krekya for any illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Krekya platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Krekya staff or other players.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Krekya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. This includes situations where a player has violated these terms, where suspicious activity has been detected, or where Krekya is required to act by applicable law or regulation.

• If your account is suspended for investigation, you will be notified by email or in-platform message.
• During a suspension, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets on Krekya.
• If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.
